Terms and Conditions

Enrollment and Payment

• Registration:  A completed registration form and payment in full are required to secure a spot in a class.  Space is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Payment: We accept online and on site payments.  Payment is due at the time of registration.
• Refunds: A full refund will be issued if we are notified of cancellation at least 7 days before the class start date.  No refunds will be given for cancellations after the class begins.
• Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes.  However, you may be able to schedule a make-up class with instructor approval (subject to availability).

Class Policies

• Skill Level:  Please be honest about your current swimming ability when registering.  Classes are designed for specific skill levels, and participation in the wrong class can be unsafe and hinder progress.
• Safety:  Adherence to all pool rules and instructor directions is mandatory.  We reserve the right to remove participants who are disruptive or pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
• Pool Etiquette:  Please arrive on time and shower before entering the pool.  Appropriate swimwear is required (no street clothes).

Health and Liability

• Medical Clearance:  If you have any health concerns that may impact your ability to participate safely, a doctor's clearance may be required.
• Liability Waiver:  All participants must sign a liability waiver releasing the swim school from liability for any injuries sustained during class.
• Insurance:  We recommend participants have accident and health insurance.

Additional Terms

• Photos and Video:  We may take photos and videos during class for promotional purposes.  If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing.
• Schedule Changes:  We reserve the right to change the class schedule or instructor with reasonable notice.
